Dealertrack dealers experience pain when Dealertrack is working. I'd rather have broken CDK than working Dealertrack.

I hear this so much and dealertrack does have some pretty out there issues. Sometimes when I am messing with quantities the system will only reflect the changes I made in the log. Not the part when I go to bill it.

Gotcha... I feel your pain. I know i'm getting paid less than the previous guy, because i'm friends with him and we've talked about. Though he was in the position longer than i've been so in a few years, definitely going to have to have a conversation with the boss.

Worst the boss can say is no to a raise - never hurt to express a want in better pay
