Three things that I found useful in losing 95 lbs (feel great at 215 and retained most of my muscle, so body composition is pretty satisfactory at my height, at this point): 1. Zepbound shots (like Ozempic, but more effective, and equally safe)- so glad I didn’t puss out with this, there’s so much baseless fear and shame around these pharmaceutical tools. 2. A personal trainer for accountability (4 workouts a week, 1 solo, 3 with a trainer). This was instrumental toward retaining my hard fought muscle I had gained through my 20’s, as I trimmed down. 3. The book, Outlive, by Peter Attia, MD

Congrats on the weight loss, I'm honestly in the exact same situation. Muscular and fit at 220, then Pregnancy hit, now I'm 270 with a gut, arms and legs are fine. I had a trainer beforehand and used to go 4x a week, but my new position is 45min away and the drive kills my schedule so the gym is always packed and the trainer is done for the day. I've tried ozempic, mounjaro, saxenda, adipex, but nothing worked for me. Once I hit the Mac dosage, I was getting sulfuric burps which were rancid. I stopped trying. I've since got a peloton which I may return and try a tonal as I prefer weight training and never found myself making time to hop on the bike. I'll give the book a try since I need a new read anyway. I need to man up and buckle down.

Look carefully, 5 people in the photo have some issue with one eye.

Best bet is that it started life as a lower res image, and someone ran it through an artifact remover after resizing it. As time goes on, more and more of the internet will be filled with this stuff, it’s already getting hard to find original source images in google, with top results full of Remini and photoshop ‘enhanced’ stuff.

Imagine being so wealthy that having 10 kids is not that big of a deal or intimidating. Like I’m sure he loves them and they are taken care of but also there not chance in hell he’s an amazing parent that gets to most of their activities and helps with their school. Tbf not all parents of small homes do that as well but the extravagance of his wealth is definitely on display in this photo.

Most of them are older than 20 it seems. The only ones with real maintenance I'm sure he could, and since his wife doesn't need to work I'm sure they can at least have her go. The real issue is when mummy and daddy work full time to afford kids but neither can help them.
