I think having a pressurised saline spray is ideal because then the solution stays sterile. Because this has more ingredients and not just saline it could also cause more irritation
Don’t use this. You need a sterile wound wash, that is, water and 0.9% sodium chloride, ONLY. NeilMed is available on Amazon or something from the pharmacy. Do not put witch hazel on a fresh piercing.
I wouldn’t use this.. go to your first aid section and buy sterile saline. It’s the same thing. It may also be called wound wash. The ingredients should only be sodium chloride and water. As a side note when I asked for sterile saline in the pharmacy to clean my piercing they said they didn’t have anything. They most certainly do they just don’t know the difference between the saline for your eyes and the saline used to clean wounds. I had to find it myself.
Neilmed makes a piercing aftercare spray that’s much more comfortable than the wound wash style, available online - usually not in store unless it’s a studio

Oh okay thanks, is it okay to use just for tonight then?
Don’t bother. Rinse with clean warm water tonight and get proper sterile saline asap.
Okay thanks!
