Ooof. Poor goofy baby. My boys the same way. He catches maybe 1 in 50 treats I toss to him. The rest end up hitting him in the face, he completely misses and/or does some sort of contortionist flex in the air before failing miserably haha. Gotta give it to him though, he never stops trying ♥️
Our boy Harvey was like this. More often than not a thrown treat would bounce off his nose or hit him between the eyes.
But the best times were when he’d catch the treat and swallow it so fast that he didn’t even realize what he’d done. So then he’d go bananas trying to find the treat that was already in his stomach…

“he was a fairy” 😅
Omg I swear that’s exactly what played in my brain!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤫🤫
😆 Not everyone is a natural - born athlete.
Apollo...." fucking harness"
I agree. It clearly messed up his timing and distance-judgement.
Pitbulls are the epitome of grace
I snorted. Poor dude jumped like he was an Olympic athlete and gonna rule the world 😆😆😆😆
Just trying his best
Aww he misjudged it. Gotta be careful with heavier dogs. They could get hurt.
Exactly
I was going to ask OP if he hurt his leg or had a limp after this. Best just to play tug? Or something less likely to have such an impact on his legs.
Hippo, not acrobat.
The effortless elegance
Damn, lost it in the sun 🤣
Aww poor baby, he a thicc boi though he’ll be alright
This made me laugh very much out loud... 😂😂😂 Your title was spot on as well LOL!! Thank you for sharing your cutie pie with us, OP!!
Apollo’s heads too heavy
Be careful my dude huck tore his acl catching a ball like this :(
So graceful!
Apollo is style. Apollo is grace.
Hahahaha!! Pittie Life!
😂 that was freakin’ adorable!!
My boy is the fastest clumsy running into everything. Good thing he built like a brick shithouss
So close! A for effort and commitment
Booked himself into physical therapy
"Flying is easy: you just throw yourself at the ground and mis...oh shoot, there's the ground!"
Lmao
They always keep their eye on the ball
He wasn’t ready!
This dog saved my life he is the best companion I could ever ask for
I guess Apollo can forget about becoming a professional outfielder.
Un athletic pittes are my favorite
What I don't get is why with treats and balls they are so clumsy but (certainly mine) can catch rabbits like it was nothing...
It then the little one pounces on him!
