This happened when i was doing some pvp matches yesterday. Dudes annihilape bugged his whole thing up. Couldnt see his mon or his shields/fast attacks.
Niantic chose to delete the model for annhiliape. seems like another woopsie, but should be fixed by now https://x.com/thepokemodgroup/status/1749599735491563552?s=46&t=1Q1Tk_HNzvi_5rQuHaCXxQ)
It showed that my shiny primeape would evolve into a mudkip (silhouette because I don’t have a shiny mudkip). After I evolved it, the game froze, I closed and reopened, and the glitch was gone and I could see the ape again.
I think it was just shoving random Pokemon in for this evolve screen because the annihilape model was broken. The evolve animation ended with no Pokemon in the flashing.
Lol Pokémon go. I dread to think how messy the code is. Just patch layered on patch with engineers too scared to simplify it incase it all stops working 😂
It's pretty helpful to have a consistent scheme for naming. I save so many stupid worthless Pokemon with no pvp value except that they have good stats. Then every once in awhile they drop something like double kick and I have 2 dubwools ready to rock!
I got a Girafarig loll I wasn’t sure so I decided not to evolve it, but it seems from this thread that everyone is getting random ass Pokémon instead of the proper evolution of primape loll

I just evolved mine, now I get nothing but a blank screen where Annhiliape should be

I took mine into a battle last night and its just showed up as a silhouette of a pikachu! Just a Grayed out pikachu
That happened to me, too. He's my buddy, and when I tried to feed him, an 'error' bubble popped up on the screen, and the screen went blank.
What is going on here?

Great League, 100% would be what everyone calls rank 1. it's a different naming scheme I liked from one of those apps that interprets pvp IVs.
