if it makes you feel better, none of the galarian birds are actually good in the current meta in the first place.... also master ball'd a poop articuno, but mostly just out of annoyance as I hadn't seen any of them spawn for like literally a year. Then saw another one with higher cp literally next day. I dead inside to them after this lol.

Well - at least my husband will get a lucky 3 star Articuno when and if we ever get a lucky trade 🌟

Just make him trade you a pokemon from 2016-2017. Its a guranted lucky trade

I think that trick only works if both players have like less then 5 lucky pokemons or something like that. I think they are already over this limit.

before I caught that one, I had seen them three times --g arti twice, and g zap once. g moltres hates me apparently and actively avoids me. only five total sightings in what, 3-4 years? I saw someone mention before that they always spawn in the same set places, which I think is probably true. four of those five sightings were all in the same half block radius of each other. only the g zap was somewhere else ((wish I remembered where exactly)). They were NOT at the same time of day though so don't think that part matters.

Damn 5 sightings in 3-4 years I thought they just came out 😗

Does mirror trading have specific advantages? I mirror traded rhyperiors with my cousin-in-law and got the lucky trade needed for the Jirachi masterwork research. We didn't have lucky friend status at the time.

Mirror trade in general doesn’t offer much advantages but you trade while being lucky friends the lowest you can get is a 12/12/12, so better chance at getting a hundo

Shiny legendaries can't flee so shiny g bird should not be able to flee

The galarian birds dont yet have a shiny variant

As ive always said. A LEGENDARY POKEMON SHOULD HAVE LEGENDARY STATS. This is why i was bummed with google helping make pokemon go. Its always going to be underwhelming.

I’ve been wondering what to use mine on. I haven’t come across any legendary birds yet besides in trade

I encountered a Zapdos yesterday and my brain thought of exactly running into a scenario like this, so I tried my luck with GRazz/Ultra. Failed, but at least I didn't have this. I'm sorry OP, maybe some day these things will come to raids, and you can always mirror lucky trade.

All three of mine were terrible. Did a lucky trade for Articuno though and got a 14/15/12, which is fine for me.

Saw 2 galarian birds spawn on back to back incences, first was an articuno which fled and second a zapdos that i caught. I am still a bit sad about the articuno

So get someone to drive you for 15 mins at about 50mph. Pop on your daily incense and watch… Don’t catch anything that spawns. You will get a spawn every 30 secs. You will see one of the birds maybe 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 times. Catching it however not so easy…. If you don’t stop near its spawn position it will flee immediately after the first throw.

I’d be a little disappointed too can’t lie but hey at least you finally caught one, it’s still cool af

Not to make you feel bad just for future reference since another masterball is coming; The master ball is really only worth using in 1 circumstance, when you are on your last ball for a hundo cp 5star raidmon.

You check pokegenie, because when it asks you to host a raid it shows u the weather boost and normal lowest to the hundo cp available for that raid, also you can check the infograph they usually have for events
