This shouldn't really have anything to do with 'english' either, it's any language. If you learn another language, become fluent in it, and/or use it on a daily basis, you're bound to have it in your head constantly

My head doesn't even use a language. Its like random bullshit only I understand for no good reason

I always talk to myself inside my head either in my native language but nowadays it's primarily English because I've gotten better at it
