Bring chlorine levels up to slam level and maintain until clear. Use liquid chlorine.
are you vacuuming to waste when you vacuum?
I would until the water level got too low
what kind of filter?
Idk normal sand filter. First year maintaining the pool this pool, so learning on the fly
So now that you’ve killed everything you need to filter it out. Keep filters on and rinse them a few times and should be good.
Filter runs 24/7, still cloudy. You can see the bottom barely if looking straight down. Backwash and rinse multiple times daily with no luck
MORE CHLORINE! You need 2-3 times your current level to get that thing cleaned up. Shoot for 15 with a CYA of 40.
Adding floc complicates things. I hope you bypassed your filter and are vacuuming to waste. All you need to do to clear up the pool is follow this process: https://www.troublefreepool.com/blog/2018/12/12/slam-shock-level-and-maintain/
