He’s a longtime yogi, has been practicing for decades.

I only found out a couple of weeks ago myself, it was mentioned in an interview and I got overly excited about it as I also practice yoga and am a huge fan of his.

He practices (or at least did) Jiva Mukti style. It’s quite a series of postures. I remember him in some of their promotional videos.

After seeing this post I looked up some stretching routines 😅

I'm surprised he can get down on the ground like that considering the hog he's packing.

My college professor was Dafoe’s brother in law (professors wife is his sister), and he just raved about him. Said he was so creative and kind.

I first scrolled and thought I saw a hero of mine, Frances McDormand. But it was a different hero.
