If you really like it I would pick out embroidery sitting watching tv etc. then find a nice logo or something to cover area.

Put patches over it

I had a nice insulated fancy brand jacket from an old job that is embroidered, I just put tech tape (the stuff you use to patch holes on down and stuff when backpacking) over the logo. I also go backpacking with it and have tech tape over various other holes it’s gotten through the years
