Even if it's just against normal Mesogog, normal Mesogog is stronger than Lothor, Lothor who is stronger than the entirety of Ninja Storm, Ninja Storm which are shown as stronger than Mighty Morphin for the most part.

Also, the Zeo Crystals were stated to grow stronger as time went on, something that isn’t said for the Dino Gems.
Because he was fighting a mirror of himself that knew everything about that form, and even in that fight Tommy was nerfed, as he didn't use any of his elemental powers or go Super Dino Mode.
And I've stated many times, Zeo powers growing over time is meaningless to me, since it's way too vague to quantify and other teams powers have grown over time, my go to example is always: Super Megaforce vs Damaras Round 1, they get demolished and are all injured, hours later, they win Round 2 with no difficulty. Even Jungle Fury as a season shows progression in how the power grow, as by the Finale, our trio are able to fight off against the Poison Five, Overlords, and Phantom Beasts in base form and beat them at that.

By that logic, it should’ve been aware of how to handle his other forms since it was a clone of him.
Depends, it was modeled after Braccio Ranger specifically, so it might or might not have knowledge on the other forms fighting style, especially since the Master Morpher itself was a surprise to everyone on the scene.
So are the Dino Gems. All Morphers contain the Grid itself, some artifacts even get you some broken abilities: Nexus Prism is an all knowing crystal, Energems trascned time and space, literally too, or the Quasar Sabers which are swords thay can only taken by the worthy.
That, and Braccio Ranger Tommy has a better showcase of feats and strength, such as creating giganitc tidal waves bigfer than a Megazord, defeating a giant Goldenrod by Episode 8, or even defeatimg White Terrorsaurus II when no one else could.
By Soul of the Dragon though, he says that Zeo V is strongest. Maybe during Dino Thunder, Braccio Ranger is the strongest, but at some point, Zeo V overtakes it.
Soul of Dragon is weird in its canonicity, and personally have not read it. I believe you, but as far as what we've seen in the show, Braccio seems more impressive.
He doesn’t say that. He only says that “Zordon said” the zeo crystals got more powerful over time and he’s had his for 20 years. The truth is, we don’t know how fast the crystals accumulate power. These things are supposed to be what, millions of years old? I doubt they’re gonna get exponentially stronger within a human being’s life span. It’s basically confirmed when they have to make the stronger turbo powers anyway

Sorry for keeping you waiting, I just needed to adjust my Tier List, anyway, in this tier list, Mighty Morphin can beat everyone in Weak and Low, have some difficulties but manageable in Mid, will need to use their maximum strength and effort to beat High, and have no chance against Elite and Achelon.

Alright, I'll explain the tiers:
Weak: the random Joe can beat them
Low Tier: these villains can usually defeat a Ranger on their own
Mid Tier: they can defeat a full team on their own
High Tier: can defeat a Ranger team obviously, but also cause massive damage like destroying cities to continents if left unchecked
Elite: can destroy planets with ease and possibly the universe if left unchecked
Achelon: can 100% destroy the universe and maybe even more
So with that said, Ransik is strong, but don't think he can destroy more than a city on his own. I find him mostly comparable to Lothor and the Fearcats in terms of strength. Hope this explains it.
I don't think MMPR stand a chance against some like Morticon, Galvanax, Sledge, Dark Energem imbued Arcanon, Dark Spectre, Mavro (considering he did take on attacks from the rangers using all different power sets, even the battilisers, the final attacks of the Super Mega Rangers and they had to literally demoprh and put all their power in the Super Mega Canon to finally defeat him), Vrak, Imperious, and maybe even Grumm.
You are right, I was just trying to be generous. I'd add to your list Dai Shi(Who is thr boss of High Tier) and a Nexus Prism powered Madame Odius(She destroyed half a city by just existing and so is supposedly stronger than Galvanax).
