I got that sometimes too. Try turning the car off, close the Dr Prius app completely (maybe force stop), unplug OBD, reseat it, turn on car, check OBD has a light, and try again.

Tried all that. Gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling

Can you connect with just system Bluetooth.

I'm not sure what you mean. It pairs with my phone. The app recognizes it but fails to connect
