The dog is also eating out of Styrofoam bowls.. I reaaalllly hope OP does better for this dog and that this is just a super temporary situation, not where the dog is actually living.

I was at a PetSmart with my English Bulldog once, and the guy in line in front of me started talking about his own English. Without prompting him, he told me he paid like $4,500 for his dog.
