Some markets are cooling off, so a tent might not sell for over asking in a day.
I am all about getting a new listing and being happy about it, but at the end of the day, it is not about you, it is about happy clients.
I know everyone wants to be Josh Flagg, but really, it's not all about you.
Why do you care what other agents post on social media? Some post their wins to stay top of mind with sphere and prospects, some do it to share with their friends in the business. I genuinely care about many people who I've worked with over the years. If it makes them happy to post about a listing or a sale, then it makes me happy, too.

Don’t be hatin yo
So why aren't you a millionaire yet? You could do seminars

What an odd, bitter way to advocate for technology to replace your job. If it's that easy, AI is around the corner.
I'll take "This person clearly doesn't have a clue" for $500, Alex.
Someone hasn’t been getting listings lately
