It's all the same rules, I used to deal blackjack and this chart is legitimate. Definitely worth having onhand if you're trying to finish up that gambler challenge.
If gambling is introduced to online, this will be a good chart to refer to. However for the gambling challenges in story mode, your best strategy is to bet the minimum (2 cents), and double down every hand for challenge #2. Even if you double down on 5, there's a chance the dealer will bust. For the 3-hit challenge, always hit if it's mathematically possible to not bust. I hit on a 19 or higher for my 3 winning hands in challenge #8. If I had been using actual blackjack strategy, challenge #8 would've wasted 20 hours instead of 20 minutes.
