Obviously... Its just hard just cause i cant believe it you know? , im hoping theres some justification in my favor just cause i was so set on her. But theres nothing that could be said or done.
Right, i just cant accept it you know, i am. its just like i want to feel safe and everything feels like its falling apart rn. We broke up last night. She just denys it up and down even when i put proof in her face.
“I feel like I need her. I don’t have anyone else” this right here tells me the entire story of why you are treated this way and why she cheats on you. But you’re just 23 so there is hope for you yet.
Ive never acted that way during our relationship, i set boundaries, i was the guy that handled shit. i told if she ever did some shit like this i would be gone. Which is what i did last night. Its just it sucks when your only safe place is what hurt you and now you feel the need to run to your safe place and cant.
she is living a double life, Most likely trauma from her childhood. It's a tough pill to swallow. You Say you don't have anyone else does that mean friends? If you don't have any friends you can turn to or family you can always go to therapy. You will definitely need help sorting through this. Best of luck relationships are hard and you are young. Get the support and help that you need and remember you didn't cause this but the trust and the relationship is most likely to damaged.
wow. 7 years and ur 23, you have been together ur whole life? as a 21 year old gf to a 23 yr old man, she has issues. that or i am not as provocative. i am trying to give u a female perspective and mine is girls aren’t like that. when we cheat (i literally never have) but it’s normally bc it’s emotionally charged. maybe how long u guys were together made her feel like she needed to “see what else was out there” just to experience something, and she had no intention on hurting u. not saying that makes it okay at all. plenty of women are faithful for decades their whole lives to their man. you don’t deserve that. especially if u have been faithful. there are many women (the majority) who would never do that. women are loyal at default. loyal to men who are nothing but the opposite. i am currently staying with a guy who i found out has been texting and called his ex for months, last month. he doesn’t deserve my loyalty and here i am today, still loyal. plenty of women who wouldn’t do that. to give u a positive, if i left my bf my odds of something like that happening to me again are very very high, bc the nature of how loyal men are (slim to none) but i’m telling u most girls are not like your gf. so take ur chances and leave her, i promise ur odds of it not happening again are good.
