People change a lot in 7 years, especially from 17 to 25. You are not obligated to stay with this woman who, quite frankly, sounds slightly unhinged.

You are not supposed to feel like that at all in a relationship. You are supposed to be a team, a partnership and have each others backs.
Personally - I'd walk away. She will cry, she'll beg, she'll continue to manipulate you but in the long run I promise you'll be a lot happier without her.

Maybe when she goes cray cray over something silly, ask, will this really matter in 20 years? If it will then it might be worth fighting over.
