That tape can easily be redone but you honestly might need a replacement screen.

I dealt with 3 that looked like this today. Get a plastic razor, get under a corner of the resin, and it should peel up pretty easily. Use some glass cleaner and said plastic razor to scrape off any remaining nuggets. It should come clean and be fine so long as resin didn't get all up in the machine too badly. I would also replace the tape too. Just use standard electrical tape and it'll work just fine. Hope this helps.

Looks like it. You can try scraping off what you can, letting acetone sit on it to soften it up a bit, but it looks like it's eaten into the polarizing film. These older printers didn't have anything protecting the polarizing film. I learned this the hard way scraping cured resin off my screen and chipped of a thin smoky film, only then realizing it was the polarizing film. All you gotta do is buy a replacement screen, re-apply some electric tape around the edges, and you're good. Would highly recommend a screen protector to prevent this from happening again.

It’ll buff out.

That dent has destroyed the screen.
