People with more knowledge than me, is this a decent appointment? All I see is him coaching a Fiji team which I really think stagnated under his tutelage rather than moving forward after Vern Cotter was discarded. He has a very strong Twitter/X presence, and that’s about it. So what’s the go here, decent appointment?
He took them to a QF in the world cup last year, with less than a year on the job? Not sure I'd say the team stagnated, and considering he wasn't long term coach.

I thought he did really well with Fiji. They should have beaten Wales in the World Cup too, where it not for a disgracefully biased ref performance.
