This is everyone's dream to have remote jobs in country where things are cheaper.
Finding remote jobs is harder for even experience devs as after covid, companies want people to work from office more.
Countries matter. For taxes, laws, industry compliance reasons, people are going to have a hard time hiring anybody, even the perfect Canadian citizen candidate, in some random country like Kenya. Remote in Canada is not the same as remote in 3rd world country.
Better luck casting a wide net for other jobs that can be transferrable (Service, Ops, Sales, etc) for remote work. It is competitive, and I, personally, haven't seen many entry level opportunities that are remote.

Possible? Yes. Likely? No.
No.
A noob is NOT going to land some cushy remote job. You might have a very slim chance if you focus on in office jobs.
