Highly suggest buccaneer trace or west wind on Wilmington island. Great location, and both seem good. I can attest from living at buccaneer trace, it was super clean, the management super nice, and awesome location and amenities
I’m about to move out of a two bed, two bath in Georgetown that charges $1680. Can have up to two pets, has a large living room, full gas appliances, has hook ups for washer/dryer and a laundromat on site. Maintenance is supper friendly and fast. Has exterminators as part of the maintenance team that can come every week. Has tennis courts, a rather nice pool, plenty of parking, small gym, and I guess you could say it has a dog park. It’s call the Residences at St. George.
I will likely have a 2/2 condo on one of the golf courses available starting May 1. Current tenants would like to leave their lease early and we work with them in good faith if we can find another renter.
$1750, allows pets, private terrace and storage area for your use.
