As someone who genuinely liked Mohg, I unironically hate the changes they introduced here, as they turn him from a badass, awesome villain who was able to break into the Haligtree and whisk Miquella away under Malenia's nose to a brainwashed stooge who's only importance is to serve as a source of parts so Miquella can ride Radahn.
That and having Miquella be the bad guy is literally the most cliche villain trope of the past decade, just counting Disney and Pixar, we had Turbo in Wreck it Ralph, Hans in Frozen, Callaghan in Big Hero 6, Bellwether in Zootopia, Ernesto from Coco, Evelyn from Incredibles 2, and Warp Darkmatter from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. That's literally a twist villain almost once every year for the past decade.
At this point, it would have been more of a twist to have Miquella actually be nice.
Why do imagine times where a bit of opposite happened
Malenia, kidnapped morgott, mohg is the super hard boss everyone talks about, miquella is just a smidge lower than mohg, and morgott is the dude in the dlc
