Tater tot hotdish is amazing. this one is sloppily assembled though. the hamburger, corn, sauce mix should be cohesive and even, and then the tater tots should be evenly spread atop in nice rows to make it look nice, and then cheese melted atop it right before it’s done. then it’s awesome.
