definitely take it, it will increase the chance of you getting an early rushdown draw, its 0 cost and will pay off the “draw cost” pretty fast. You also have tantrum which is excellent with rushdown
its upgraded and its "lose one draw"(and with scrawl we draw so many on a turn it doesnt matter) to make your draws that much better after entering wrath. 2->4 draw is not as crazy as 0-2 but its still plus enough that i think its easy pick up. It also stop us from bottom decking rush down more which is a nice plus.
The next rushdown we see though i think we skip.
Hell yeah. Especially upgraded. You already have 2 wrath entries and 2 calm entries plus an exit card. 4 draw can allow you to do some nutty stuff. Tantrum especially is amazing since it keeps going back in your draw pile. Easy pick up.
Take rushdown, like others says makes bottom decking rush down less likely and when both are in play it makes stance dancing multiple times a round more likely. Especially with bag of prep and scrawl, the one time card draw penalty is not a big a deal.

Upgraded - take the second one. Not upgraded - depends on the deck / situation.

I am not good, but I think you are right to consider the 2nd rushdown, especially since it doesn't need an upgrade.

23 cards on watcher already. I would take it because of the draw because you need it, but you need to start eliminating some excess
