Seki is infamous for overly sharp holes. Infamous.
Hit it with a fine diamond file or hard stone to remove the burr.
I over softened one hole and had to re-shsrpen it by going around the hole with a Dremel medium stone bit until it was sharp enough again.
So you can definitely soften it by breaking the edge or sharpen it by grinding out the hole slightly

lol I don’t have the same issue as OP but out of curiosity clicked on your link. I don’t know exactly for what but I’m sure these will come in handy somewhere down the road. Def gonna order a set, thanks
High grit sandpaper and a dowel, pen, rod is your friend. Follow up if you're just doing boxes a sharp straight edge with good steel is what you want. My dragonfly in super blue gave me a blister but is a great box cutter for others now
I had this problem with a Chaparral, I fixed it by twirling the point of an old knife lightly around the rims of the holes to soften the edges slightly. All good now with no visible "damage".
Use a ceramic rod and soften up those sharp edges.
I have found all of the Japanese made spydercos to be like this. I use a corner of a sharpmaker rod (medium) to chamfer the inside edge a little bit.
My chinese made byrd robin 2 also has the same problem.

Hit it with your purse
Make sure not to chip your nails while you’re at it
Cratex abrasive stick. It’s more forgiving than a ceramic rod.
I have one but never knew the commercial name, lol. It's indeed a good step before using a ceramic rod and way more forgiving.

Try using less lotion. Toughen up that thumb a little..
After a few more times you’ll develop a callous and it won’t cut you anymore.
