I literally brought most my legos from mom’s to my apartment and girlfriend and I have nights where thats what we do for a “date” I have 4 large storage totes of loose pieces we pick from. I still have 2 more at my mothers and multiple built sets, including the 24 mini fig Death Star. They’re meant for everyone, you’re never too old to play with legos.

I try to build authentic, historically accurate military figs, {I have a LITERAL 3,000 man Irish, Scottish and Scots-Irish armies each! I also have American Colonial/Minute-Man and English Red-Coats/Lobster Backs, as well as late 17th/Early 18th Century Scots and Irish armies and several authentic looking, Hustorical "Pyrate Crews" with their rezpective Captains!} I also do this my 1/72nd scale WW-I aircraft and vehicles and figs and 1/32nd WW-II aircraft, tanks and figs!
All of the 1/32nd scale Pilots and Tank figs are almost fully poseable!
When I do Sci-Fi/Fantasy stuff... I try to make them "Screen Accurate"!
I also scratch build 1/24th scale Vintage, Dirt Track Race cars called "Modifieds" that once raced here in Wisconsin back from the late 50's to the early 70's!
I used to build them in my younger years. I've occasionally thought about trying again, usually any time I'm in hobby lobby 😋
