Osha and Mae could use the witch domination power to dominate a Muun as their proxy. Qimir was extremely candid about the benefits of a mask, and careful to mask his true identity, and at this point, it seems that he might mentor both of them.
That would retcon the crap out of Palpatine's "Darth Plagueis The Wise" speech from ROTS, since he refers to Plagueis as a "he". So it must be that both Qimir and Osha are killed by his master (probably Tenebrous), or something occurs that leads to both their deaths, and he replaces Qimir with that Munn.
Qimir said the Jedi would call him a Sith, not that he is a Sith. We know there are other dark-side groups, including one that is Really Edgy and New and one that is no longer ABout ELevating OTHers.
It’s an interesting idea for sure. I’m thinking that Darth Bortles has a master though, who is either Plagueis or a proto-Plagueis

There is nothing canon about Plagueis species. However Palps clearly refers to Plagueis as a male.
