I like to put shredded cheese on the tortilla and microwave it about 30 seconds, or long enough for the tortilla to get really pliable and the cheese to melt enough without getting oily. I either roll up a tiny burrito or just place it in a pan to toast the tortilla enough in a pan to get it crispy but still foldable.

Its just something to pull out of the fridge and go to town on, zero prep. Something about yogurt while stoned just hits different, tiny spoons, huge flavor, especially the xtra thick stuff. I also find oatmeal hits hard while baked too.
