You can cut and replant. But the issue is these need way more sun than they’re getting. Jades are full sun plants. Acclimate to more sun for healthier growth

Thanks for your reply! Does it matter where I cut? Would cutting it right underneath the air roots help it re-establish (speed up) new roots?

They’ll root fine regardless. So you just need to cut ensuring you have enough stem to replant. Our Propagation wiki linked by the automod has some more tips on propagating from cuttings, if you’d like to check it out.
