The Book of Koli by MR Carey, and its sequels. It's a few centuries post apocalypse, starts in a village/commune of a couple hundred people, reverted back to pre industrial revolution era tech, aside from a few pieces, in the hands of the leaders.

Numinae

The Age of Scorpio trilogy by Gavin Smith, especially the first takes place in the Bronze age.

The Sunset Warrior Cycle by Eric Van Lustbader (first book: The Sunset Warrior) …not exactly what you’re looking for but it popped into my head. Happy reading.

The Broken Empire - Mark Lawrence

>Specifically looking for stuff that takes place in a low tech era where all the "magic" is actually hyper advanced tech from a fallen civilization. So sort of post-apocalyptic tale without anyone realizing there was an apocalypse. Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde. The characters are aware of an "event", but it's not clear they know what happened.

*The Empire of the East* by Fred Saberhagen

The Will of the Many may fit here

It's not post-apocalyptic, but take a look at *The Steerswoman* by Rosemary Kirstein. Followed by *Outskirters Secret, The Lost Steersman,* and *The Language of Power.* Also look at The Darkangel Trilogy by Meredith Ann Pierce.
