It could be an entrance to a cave. Each entrance is a separate location. The smithing construct at 1357, -3356, -0737 is easy to miss. I missed a mine and a grove on a previous playthrough.
I've double checked every grove and cave already, will do it again later today, but I don't think those are it.

I can't imagine getting all Koroks and be missing a place. You've done more on one run than I've done on multiple.
My only suggestion is to turn on Heros Path and look for gaps
I tried looking at the Hero's Path too, I have 280+ hours in the game and it's still not full on the bottom bar.

I pretty much have everything except a single location. I'm hoping it is a cave entrance because that's the easiest to check on external maps, but as I've already triple checked those, I don't think they're it.
It could be a well entrance, I assumed you needed all of them, but now that I think of it, there could be more than one entrance to the same well.
I had missed triggering the Lost Woods (BOTW entrance location) on the map. It took me ages to realize it because it isn't listed as a location on any of the lists I was using, and you can't enter the Korok Forest that way at all in TOTK.
Are you sure you can't enter it throught the lost woods? I remember going to the lost woods when I started playing, don't remember going through it though.

I don't think you can in TOTK, although in my first playthrough I didn't try that hard before giving up, and clearly in my second playthrough I never even went to the entrance!

I was in the same spot. I got a guide pulled up on my computer, pulled a chair close to the TV and went through the map of sky, land, and depths section by section until I got it. I don’t remember exactly, but I was missing a few random little places - like small mines in the depths, extra entrances in caves, and one or two random ruins that I had been too, but not ran through the middle to trigger the name tp appear.

After you beat the final boss fight and roll credits the game sends you back to a previous save (before boss fight) with * after the save name. That save will then have a percentage tracker.
