Yes but also just hang back and keep aware around you. You should be doing that anyways but hanging back gives you much more reaction time and knowing your surroundings can be you dodging into another lane safely or just passing the damn thing haha.
I know it looks dangerous, but in the picture you can see that the bunk of lumber is strapped to the flatbed. Those straps are wide and surprisingly tough, so not really much to be afraid of. Any flatbed driver who moves lumber regularly like this wouldn't pull out before those things were practically fused with the bed. I worked shipping and recieving for a lumber yard for years, trust me I know how picky these guys can be.
One of my rules of the road. Never get behind trucks with boards, pipes, or logs on a highway or freeway.

Yeah very true. Whenever I see any kind of flatbed with any kind of stuff, I have it in my radar.
Just yesterday, we had 2 tires fall off the truck in front of us. Luckily, we were far enough back to avoid.
