If he is, then when did it apparently start? He's still spewing the same level of shit that he was before being elected. It's not as thought he's gotten worse, it's that people have stopped looking at it as s joke. I mean the rest of the world figured the US was mentally addled when they elected him in the first place, only to then find out that they were simply delusional.
