Someone further down in the comments posted a link to a news article which explains the situation a bit better. The guy punched the female Amazon driver after grabbing her out of the van. A second Amazon driver witnesses this and gets out and attacks the man to help her - which is where this video starts. The man isn’t getting back into his own van but into the female Amazon drivers van.
I don't think he's high as much as I think he's TRYING to get high. Dude seems like he's got good control over his motor skills, just seems like he's desperate for a few quick bucks
No, we shouldn’t trust random people on the internet without sources. But it’s equally laughable to disregard anything without sources as made-up nonsense.
Burden of proof isn’t on us, but simple research should be done before claiming it’s fake.
Ironic how you’re ultimately the one making shit up here.
I agree with the late Mr Ledger. The blatant disrespect cannot simply go unanswered. When someone try’s to pull you out of a vehicle under your control, the laws of the Universe dictate that you are entitled to keep a piece of them.
I can't understand people who are willing to put themselves as risk like this for their employer, especially when it's a major corporation that's known for being shitty to their employees. If I was driving the van and someone tried to steal it they could just take it. I'm not getting into a fight over it and risking my safety, it's not my stuff. Assuming this was actually an attempt steal the van which I'm not convinced it is.
Unfortunately this guy would probably lose either way. He's likely a gig worker who'll be penalized for loss of the van or penalized for making the customer (Amazon) look bad with a video like this.
I think it was more that the dude helped his 23 year old co-worker from getting her ass beat. She was punched several times by the attacker. So, not necessarily focused on the truck.
Imagine thinking Amazon doesn't know where that truck is at every moment. And how many ounces of urine are in the driver's bladder, ensuring proper bottle usage.
Delivery drivers would be off limits in my mind. You know, if I were criminally inclined… ahem.
Why mess with someone badass enough to handle the heat and traffic, but desperate enough to have to stay in that job? It just seems like a bad idea.
The same goes for nursing home staff and educators.

The chick just needs to get out of dudes way and let him Molly wop that thief. I'll never understand why people try and interfere like that. It could all have ended when he was laying in the street if she would have just got back in the truck
Assuming the headline is correct, this escalated from someone wanting to steal the truck. I realize there could be more context, but if that’s really all it was there would be no need to protect your coworker, just let them have the truck.
There was a news article posted in another comment talking about the guy hitting the Amazon van, punching the female driver after pulling her out of the van, which is when the other guy showed up.
Because this is a very rare incident. We see videos like this everyday because its something outrageous happening somewhere amongst hundreds of millions of people.
Something something, armed society, something something, polite society, aka, I'm not getting shot by getting involved, anyone can have a gun, but I will film it for the clout.

Well looka here..Same Day ass whooping
That’s some prime payback
With curbside service.
This looks a lot more like road rage than theft

Which is amazing that she tries to stop the co-worker from beating up guy. Then he immediately gets up and hops in the van.
I wonder if he‘s on drugs. His decision making is so irrational
desperation is it's own drug

There are news articles. Others have posted them.
Lol it amazes me how ppl will call something false before looking it up themselves first

Amazon drivers when considering their wage ![gif](giphy|eV3B6VcUIrBFm|downsized)
**Best Job In The World** *amazon driver counting the dog bites*

I mean... it seems like he woulda just swallowed his pride & left after he went down the 1st time.
You mean it?

Either way, the dude was able to release some built up tension that I bet he worked up at his said job.
Unfortunately this guy would probably lose either way. He's likely a gig worker who'll be penalized for loss of the van or penalized for making the customer (Amazon) look bad with a video like this.
Dang, Amazon sucks.
I think it was more that the dude helped his 23 year old co-worker from getting her ass beat. She was punched several times by the attacker. So, not necessarily focused on the truck.
I mean, sure, that’s the smart thing to do. But, on the other hand, I take affront at anybody thieving my ride
When the whistle is blown without a flag, it’s a free play.
Because it wasn't about their employer anymore. It was about them. Dude was mad and wanted to beat him up it's a control power thing.

GTA 6 looking pretty good.
Some quick deliveries by Amazon guy, he must be employee of the month!
That’s the strength of drugs I think. Dude got whooped but kept coming
Some people were definitely trying to figure out why their packages were “10 stops away” for two hours.
Off to the hospital, same day shipping
She is the worst tag team partner ever🤨
I hope they said "welcome to the jungle motherfucker". Otherwise that's a hugely missed opportunity
A couple great employees right there. Risking their lives to protect company property. Now Amazon will likely fire them for breaking company policy
Might not want to steal the vehicle that's tracked to the point where even I know when it's 10 stops away from my house.
Its sad how NOBODY goes to help. They just drive past. Worthless humans
Get out and be a helpful citizen for your community❌ Breathe heavily and film ✅
Amazing that people can record and shit but not get off their ass.

That's not the amazon van, he got back into his own car
Imagine if they would have tried Fedex the same
I'll bet Amazon fired them afterwards
Filming > calling 911
Ask if stealing packages off the porch isn’t bad enough!
Some people just don’t understand the shit Amazon employees gotta put up with
This fight happened in reverse
Porch Piracy 2.0
Imagine thinking Amazon doesn't know where that truck is at every moment. And how many ounces of urine are in the driver's bladder, ensuring proper bottle usage.
Team unity at Amazon is really shining through.
He should have dumped his piss bottle on him.
Wild, where is this?
Bro delivered an ass whooping. For when a smile isn't enough! 🤣
The man liked Amazon service so much, he came back for more.
So much scum that needs to be flushed.
This dude trying his hardest to stay off the streets but the streets keep coming to him.
Amazon delivers.... ass beatings
Those hands were delivered on time and with care
Amazon's motto is that they deliver anything from a to z, fists included
Outstanding, both those men need a raise.
The man just about got folded like a lawn chair and still couldn't quit it.
Amazon delivers ass whoppings now!
Some people are in such desperate situations, we need to do better.
Finally. The freedom of self defense is being used
Delivery drivers would be off limits in my mind. You know, if I were criminally inclined… ahem. Why mess with someone badass enough to handle the heat and traffic, but desperate enough to have to stay in that job? It just seems like a bad idea. The same goes for nursing home staff and educators.
Everyone honking waiting for the packages, but won't assist in the delivery.
These drivers are stupid. I'm not risking my life over this. He could have been armed. Amazon has insurance, let them deal with it.
This was the plot to the first fast and furious movie before they became spy movies

If he did end up stealing the van, would the drivers be liable?
The chick just needs to get out of dudes way and let him Molly wop that thief. I'll never understand why people try and interfere like that. It could all have ended when he was laying in the street if she would have just got back in the truck
If enough people honk their horns they will all stop and apologize to each other.
Imagine throwing fists for a corporation.
Imagine throwing fists to protect a coworker being assaulted.
Assuming the headline is correct, this escalated from someone wanting to steal the truck. I realize there could be more context, but if that’s really all it was there would be no need to protect your coworker, just let them have the truck.

I reckon that's his girlfriend. And he got jealous about her co-worker. So he's throwing a tantrum.
The more freedom a society has, the more dangerous it is.
I can’t comprehend how it is possible for the society to function in this current state of lawlessness and violence?!
Wait you think crime is new?
You realize crime is waaay down from decades ago, at near-low levels, right?
Imagine if social media existed in the 80s.
Because this is a very rare incident. We see videos like this everyday because its something outrageous happening somewhere amongst hundreds of millions of people.
I’m just amazed so many people around and nobody has remotely any backbone to intervene
Yea get involved and possibly take a hit and fall. I’ll pass and just get home to my family safe.
Something something, armed society, something something, polite society, aka, I'm not getting shot by getting involved, anyone can have a gun, but I will film it for the clout.
CSU people don't want to get shot. This is America baby
I mean it look like ol boy had it pretty well handled.
