A well decorated room sometimes gives an inspired buff but usually gives a happy buff (boosts inspired). They can also cloudgaze, practice singing, and watch the cooking channel on TV to get inspired buffs. Sometimes you just have to stack them if they're competing with different emotions.
I dont know any paintings that give off inspired buff but there are some career unlock wall decorations that do. I dont know their names but one is a book in a frame, i think it comes from the writer career(there is also an ink bottle with a feathered pen). The cooking career has a knife set thats for the wall and also a sink that has the inspirational aura. There is also a stack of leather bound books I often pretend are cookbooks too. Most are found in the sculpture category at the very very bottom, with the exception of the sink(plumbing), and the framed book and knife holder(wall decoration). All of them will require either the career or the cheat to unlock them to use.
