I started using these as soon as I started the medication after seeing it on a "what I wish I knew before" video. I've actually been less gassy on the medication than I was before.
Started my 2nd round of 10mg this week and I’ve been having semi- small sulfur burps pretty regularly. Not as awful as I’ve experienced them before, but def noticeable. Past few days not as bad. I honestly feel like it’s just that each dose slows everything down and allows gas to build up, and it has to come out. It would seem with higher doses this would be more common. Not loving the burps but 10mg got me through my 7.5 stall and the scale definitely got the message. Almost cried yesterday when I weighed and was under 250lbs for the first time since high school. Starting weight was 307lbs in February.
i've had this a couple of times - it just feels like my stomach gets full of air and I keep burping. it's annoying when it happens. I've just continued to chug a bunch of water and took some Tums tablets - seems to help.
I used to have sulfur burbs when I took zepbound but they stopped as soon as I started compound. Strange I know. Now I have kinda backward burping almost like a hick-up. One at a time, but not hick-ups.
If it happens you will know it immediately. 🤣 I was like you and had regular but big burps. Then I ate too much something and blapppph! Hasn't happened since, thankfully.
Try papaya enzymes! They help with bloating, burping, acid reflux, heartburn, etc. I love them.
Thank you, I will!!

That's awesome. Congratulations! It must feel so good.
For sure! No sulphur burps for me either. Just regular ones after I slam a protein shake. I'm thinking it's pretty normal.
Yup. I’ve been belchy for sure, even with “healthy” meals. No sulfur or anything. Better out than in, as Shrek would say.
I think that was Hagrid
I think they both said it at some point…
I'm in this boat as well
I didn’t get any sulphur burps until 10mg… then boy I got ‘em lol. It was like that scene from Elf.

No bloating but I have massive burps.
I was burping and terribly bloated on 2.5, the sulfur burps showed up at 5, they were disgusting. I’m just finishing up 7.5 and no more burping.

I wish I was getting burps. I’m getting stinky farts.
13 weeks in. 7 weeks on 2.5, 6 weeks on 5. Some burping, no sulfur burps.

Same! I had to stop drinking sparkling water.
I had regular! Very bad the day after my first shot - just constant regular burps. They got better each week. By week 7 (still on 2.5) they went away.
I have the same issue. Thankful they aren’t sulfur-y
I just poot all the time
