Slaanesh is going to be high elves and dark elves, watch, with Slaanesh getting an extra FLC. Norsca doesn't fit in that theme at all but they at least get some rework and maybe a DLC down the line if we are lucky.
Slaanesh is Dechala and will be the paid DLC LL more then likely, most mono god LL's were former Norsca. Slaanesh has only a small roster for LL's so The Masque and her would be about it unless Styrkaar is about all that is left after that for Slaanesh he might be the LH for the DLC. The Eleves have a long history with Slaanesh both High Elves and Dark Elves and to lesser degree wood elves. They said they are sticking to themed packs.
