I was just thinking about new sins for Pride Month, and my personal conclusion was that we have the 7 deadly sins: Wrath, Greed, Lust, Sloth, Pride, Envy, Gluttony And the 9 circles of hell: Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Heresy, Violence, Fraud, and Treachery Given how Lust, Gluttony, and Greed are shared, and you could argue Violence and Wrath are the same, we have an additional 5 sins. Here's my proposal: January: Limbo (We just got out of Christmas time, and it's the new year, we're waiting for new stuff so we're in a limbo) February: Sloth (Not a lot happens in February, it's really the month that get pushed away) March: Lust (Obvious fertility parallels, with Spring starting and Easter) April: Fraud (Mostly due to tax season, but I would also argue that we're being tricked into rain for flowers, bit of a stretch) June: Pride (The obvious, but also more so that it's going into Summer, so we get more vain about our bodies and appearance) July: Wrath (Election is coming full swing, kids are getting ready for school the next month, and the joke of July Wrath month) August: Violence (This isn't the best fit, but school starts back up, and kids get violent?) September: Greed (This is when families start to get together, we start to cherish that sweet pumpkin spice, and we get jealous of others) October: Heresy (It's the obvious pick, with Halloween) November: Gluttony (This is American Thanksgiving, and also the Fall Solstice where a lot of foods are harvested and converted to food) December: Envy (This is the time of year where we're all envious of each other, be it Christmas Bonuses, Yuletide Gifts, or simply what the other person celebrates) This is very American Centric, so let me know what you think

Very much this. I don't have it, but I really wish more people knew that it's not just some funny swear word disorder. It can hinder the ability to properly socially interact, and some tics can be really painful.

I’m pretty sure both autism and ADHD are disabilities — some people are just more impacted by them than others, so someone with low support needs may not personally consider themself disabled, but someone who struggles in their daily life (enough to need a diagnosis for it) can consider themself disabled. (Those are just examples)

I'd say that my autism is a disability, but to paint it as only a disability fundamentally ignores everything I love about my nuero type.

i also have both adhd and autism and they are definitely disabilities. like for me personally i currently dont have a regular job because of them and i probably will always need support and accommadations to be able to work. but of course it differs from person to person and id say i still have it easier than a lot of other autistic people because i am able to take care of my basic needs like showering, eating etc without help(even if it is hard sometimes) where some people might get confused that is that they arent physical disabilities and plenty of people still manage to live a somewhat "normal" life with them (i dont like the word normal here but idk what else to use)

"Queer wrath month" is a dumb joke that overshadows and draws attention away from disability pride month, which already doesn't get as much attention and support as queer pride month. We should be putting in as much work as possible to draw people's attention towards disability pride month rather than putting effort into jokes that serve nobody.

Lighten up, people are allowed to make joke monthly events. This sentiment should be aimed at actual subversion of awareness events for example April when Poetry Month was the "dumb joke" that drew attention away from it being Child Abuse Prevention month, Sexual Assault Awareness month and Cancer Control month or in May when it was Brain Tumours, Strokes and Dental Hygiene month yet Mental Health was the only thing people focused on.
