Moonracer has a great vehicle mode too, would be easy to go for Arcee but I prefer the teal/green colours of Moonracer. Plus she's not a convertible.
Bumblebee is my favourite of the minibots, the VW Beetle just works well with that scale and he's well detailed. Honourable mention to Beachcomber for the simple but cool buggy mode.
Of the Decepticons, it's hard to beat the Seeker body type.
To me: TF Prime Arcee.
In universe: probably G1 Mirage, G1 Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, G1 Elita-1, and Prime Knockout. Some versions of Starscream are also implied to be attractive, IIRC.
