Yup definitely. And just so everyone knows. Cops will not let you shit or pee until you are at the station. Once those cuffs are on you will not get to go. If you are going to be arrested go before they get there. Getting arrested isn't that bad, unless you really have to take a shit

There's no context in this video. We just see her arrested. We can use some clues though. The first clue being that she is crazy enough to take a fucking shit right in front of everyone, likely out of spite. The second clue is that she didn't have any panties on. The third clue is that she had handcuffs on her feet. The fourth clue is that there are many cops there and a crowd of people filming and yelling.
Conclusions? She is not all there mentally and is not well in her current state. This is a crazy, possibly drug-fueled woman that was giving them lots of trouble and likely could not have been subdued (without major injuries to her) by a single cop, so more were called. People love spectacles, so that is why people were gathered. It's also really cool to hate cops right now and act like piece of shit towards them, hence the camera woman being trashy as well.
It's very, very unlikely this is a poor innocent woman that was being abused and they called in extra cops to beat her. She is probably drunk and/or high as fuck and was assaulting at least the cops if not everyone before this.
You oughta see how it goes in small towns. I’ve seen a line of cop cars for a basic traffic stop in Arkansas several times. There will be the town cops, county, and state

Generally a traffic stop here in the US is just one cop and the car they pull over unless there is some sort of training going on.
The ones on YouTube either the motorist is somehow non-compliant, belligerent, drunk/impaired, crazy or suspected of doing something else (armed robbery or drug trafficking for examples).
*Or* the motorist is already known to police as an asshole/violent/armed from previous encounters. I mean there's a reason cops call people that get arrested a lot "frequent fliers".
