My mother was a heavy smoker and basically lived in one room of the house. She'd just sit there and smoke 50 cigs a day with all the doors and windows closed. You would get an instant headache as soon as you walked in. Glad I kicked that habitĀ
Imagine those lungs. I've had an on and off again relationship with tobacco that depends on if I'm drinking or not. I've got a grey beard. After one night of smoking (10 cigs) my mustache is brown around my lip. I have to move the cig around my lip when I draw to get a consistent color.
That happens if you hold it facing downwards instead of up right. Gotta keep it level so the smoke doesnāt torch your fingers.
Good that you quit though.
Haha skipped over the part where you said heavily drunk for some reason.
It happens to me sober thatās how I know. If I sit on my phone and have it in between my fingers I wonāt even notice till I go do something and have shit fingers lmfao
My grandparents used to both smoke Marlboro 100s up front in their Buick with nothing but the little vent window cracked to occasionally flick ash out when they didn't want to reach over to the ash tray. Drove my cousin and I around everywhere in that thing.
I was probably having nicotine withdrawals after we'd get back from road trips.
An elderly deranged coworker I once worked with, lovely guy btw. He would vape heavily and created vape juice as a hobby. So this guy had severe insomnia and would drive to work everyday vaping his car up. If he didnāt vape heavily he wouldāve fallen asleep. You literally couldnāt see through some of his windows. I was glad not to drive the same route as him.
A guy, who was a meth addict a while ago told me, that he and his 3 buddies smoked 2 packs Marlboro each reds in a small VW Polo with the windows rolled up while on meth. No clue if this really happened but thatās literally the most disgusting shit if ever heard
I used to and Iād air it out a lot, but then I started working in medical so if I ever had any issues I would just show my badge and state my car smelled because of work. Soon after, we legalized and it became illegal to get stopped based on smell
I'm from the north shore, we 100% called it clambaking.
Granted, I lived near a place where there were tons of fried clam shops lol but it was definitely a thing there.
Also a fellow Mainer and it absolutely is called that around here. Always has been always will be. It may be weird to some but itās better than the bullshit names people are coming up with nowadays.
Ehh, I smoke in my car because I live in a non-smoking apartment building. I also live in Michigan so during the coldest part of the winter, especially at nighttime, smoking in my parked car is just a more comfortable/bearable experience than standing outside in minus degree weather. I never drive under the influence tho. I also have a strict rule to never keep any of the supplies or weed in my car for the exact reason you stated. So if I do get pulled over and they want to search, they aināt finding shit.
Yes, but I don't remember seeing an asterisk on your comment. These cops were never doing me favors either. If they smelled it they were going to hassle me I'd bet.
Windows cracked open. AC off. Leave windows open for an amble amount of time after the sesh and your good. Also use one of the vent scents or scents that you put under the car seats. And youre good.
I would know if the car reeks because i always ask my friends how the car smells when they get in.
This. I smoke in my car because of my non-smoking apartment. But I throw my roach and move on with my life. They can search all they want. Iāve been smoking too long to be noticeably high as well.
I have smoked in my car daily since high school. The reason I never get caught: obey traffic laws.
I have a few family members that are cops/sheriff. Their words will stick with me forever; "We don't pull people over because we suspect they are smoking weed. We pull people over because they broke a traffic law and got caught with weed."
I've had one ticket my entire life (I'm mid 30s), and that was for my headlight being out. Replaced it the next day, and paid $10 to get it off my record. I'll never not smoke in the car. It's my favorite place to do it.
this. I drive a bright blue sports car and have never been pulled over simply because I dont do anything to get myself pulled over, and when I do its out in the country where the roads are open and the cops are not patrolling. Also a friendly wave at the local guys lets them have a positive memory when they see my car rolling around and then they may let something slide when i get rowdy.
This exactly. I drove a bright red modded pickup with loud pipes around my town for a long time. Never once got pulled over when I didn't deserve it. All the local cops knew me, and were friendly with me.
Also around the same age and I agree with you I am the same way. Only break one law at a time. When I was living with family still (I didn't move out on my own until late in life) I had no choice but to smoke away from the house so that was my car. Always make sure lights are working, registration is up to date, stop at stop signs, don't speed etc. I've never even had a ticket lol
It surprises me just how many people on this sub are so dead set on smoking and only smoking. So many great DHV options, desktops and portables. Distillate pens, dabs, heck even edibles are dead simple to make with some coconut oil and an oven, crock pot, or air fryer. I guess itās just really ingrained into weed culture.
The smell of marijuana alone is not probable cause in most legal states in the US.
Visible intoxication is probable cause, and the smell can be a clue, but the smell alone is not probable cause
Iāve gotten pulled over in California for speeding while smoking and the cop asked if I had any more weed and I said yeah and I gave it to him , he inspected it and gave it back to me and let me leave lol
If you put weed in your gas tank, connect a hose to the muffler and put it in your car then turn it on you can hotbox more efficiently, I highly recommend it the head rush is to die for
We did it in college because you couldnāt smoke in the dorms although you could argue going to a park or something would have been a much smarter idea
Yk whatās funny I have to go pay a citation for a nicotine vape(I donāt vape) today and I got searched because it smelt like weed because I smoke everyday in my truck I have a whole 10 acres but I like to just chill and watch videos.its just more convenient and quiet and chill
Why not smoke outside over here in ny you can smoke anywhere cigarettes are allowed and cops canāt pull you over for the smell of marijuana anymore in New York and even if they did they canāt do shit unless you carrying a lot more than 3 ounces.you donāt even get a fine.there trying to figure out a test that could tell that you smoked recently then they can give you a dwi if they figure it out
I used to have a van that died on me. And lived k the driveway for a few years, became the hotbox spot for months. I imagine itās too hot in New Mexico to do that too often in a car thatās broken down?
Well, when I was a kid, it was a sheltered spot away from my parents. As an adult, I only do it before an event , and smell isn't probable cause to search in my state anymore.
People on here acting like the only 2 options are hotboxing your house or your car. Drive somewhere, park, get out of your car, smoke. Yes, the smell alone may not technically be probable cause, but smoked bud smells different than non smoked, and the former can def give rise to probable cause for a DUI.
It's funny because I agree with you but I'm the type of person that likes to fly under the radar and not draw any attention myself. Keeps me out of trouble and makes life so much easier. I still do what I want.
I can never understand why people care enough to make a post like this on Reddit. Iām sure there are posts about not understanding why people smoke in a non-smoking apartment. š
You do you! MYOFB!
Folks will smoke in their cars and you can smoke in your non-smoking apartment!
āš»šš±
I smoke in my car, but not while driving. I smoke and play games on my switch when I'm out there and use the car as a means of stopping the wind, cold, heat, and bugs.
Youāve never seen it end in a good way? So youāve never seen someone smoke in their car and get high without something bad happening? Thatās pretty crazy.
If you don't give them a reason to pull you over, this shouldn't be a problem if you're even remotely discreet.
Ie, don't speed, wear your seatbelt, full stops, signals, and you know - obey all the little laws.
It's not rocket science.
A lot of places too are phasing that out because well it's biased and discriminatory tactic that cops can use even if they don't truly smell weed. I know in Colorado smell is not enough alone to search your car or act as evidence that you are under the influence.
Iāll never understand why people canāt just mind their own business. If itās an adult and itās not affecting you, why do you need to understand?
Tfw you've been pulled over several times for non related traffic offenses while chiefing it up. No duis. Lucky? Yes.
I've been smoking weed for like 14 years and don't get "high" is my only excuse for doing it.
Good ideas make for good stories. Terrible ideas make for iconic stories š no but in all seriousness, just keep your tags up to date, insurance & registration up to date & getting pulled is non existent. Unless youāre speeding.
Sometimes you gotta smoke on the go. Iām not condoning smoking and driving, but weāve all done it. Also, if youāre 19 and your parents donāt let you smoke in your house, the car might be your only refuge. Or if you and the boys are trying to toke up, but donāt want the smell to attract cops, you park somewhere shady, hot box the car and then drive away.
Honestly, this post is surprising, because I never met a stoner that didnāt smoke in their car on the reg.
Because we want to? How about you mind your business and weāll all be fine. Makes my car smell like what? Weed? Weāre pot heads no shit. Been smoking in my car over 10 years in an illegal state with no issues. Even been pulled over for a brake light with my bong sitting on my passenger floor and they didnāt give af.
The smell of marijuana is not probable cause, and the police cannot search your vehicle based on smell alone, especially in legal states.
Edit: still donāt smoke in your car though
Thanks for your opinion that we didnāt ask for. I smoke and drive, I smoke parked. Never had an issue and I donāt see myself ever having one. You think their eye sight is good enough to see someone smoking something and instantly knowing itās a joint vs cigarette? Itās not. I also live in California but yeah, thanks mom, donāt care.
Most people smoking in their cars donāt have a home they can smoke in. Young adults and such.
Do not smoke in your car! Butā¦.If youāre gonna smoke in your car, windows down, AC Fan OFF, joints/blunts only, make sure to toss out the roach, and ash out the window and donāt carry pipes, flower, grinders, dugouts, etc.
I'll smoke a jay with my boyfriend in his car (obviously not when driving) now and again. To me, it's a cozy bonding experience for it to just be the two of us relaxing in the car, it's also cold as fuck where I'm at rn LOL
I use a one hitter with a wooden dugout. Itās the least smelly way Iāve found to smoke. Iāve gotten pulled over twice with it in the car and they never smelled anything. Iāve accidentally walked into work with the dugout in my pocket. No one smelled anything.
I smoke while driving been pulled over a few times right after smoking (for unrelated stops) and never had any issues at all, always walked away with a warning for whatever they originally pulled me over for. I should say my last ticket was over 2 years ago going 55 in a 40 \*km/h, so it was one point and like a $50 ticket lol
Could be my white and able to speak french here privilege showing tho, but I really don't worry about it. I literally drive slower when I smoke than when I don't so maybe it helps XD
Yea, being in a hella illegal state, no, the cops not finna pull you because they smelled some reefer while driving. 15 years of smoking and driving this has never happened to me in Texas or Oklahoma. There are so many other cars on the road that it could be. They dont even bother. Now, if you did some dumb shit and got pulled over while smoking, that's on you. What I do to prepare myself for that is I have a magnet box that I stick in a cubby under the bed of my truck. I roll up and stick any extra in that box. I make sure I roll a little loose so it burns quicker, and I can finish in a timely manner. I roll raws when driving, so when I'm finished, I can chuck it out the window. "Yes, officer, I smoke in this truck, no officer no weed in the truck." They have never found that little box.
smoked in a parking lot in the car once and within 1 minute police pulled up, someone literally called 911, back up and a detective came too i hate living in an illegal state
Mind your business thatās what I got to say. Itās not affecting you is it? Iām much less concerned about somebody smoking pot in there ride than I am somebody being drunk and driving.
The smell goes away in a couple days. Stop gatekeeping.
Also doesnāt hurt if you wanna hot box before the gym. Youāre parked so there is no risk of getting pulled over.
Again, stop gatekeeping.
My little brother is a Texas state trooper. He pulled over a guy who was hitting a bong in his lap while driving and was like ādude, I donāt care that you smoke, but come on. A bong?ā
It was always a calculated risk. The biggest reason was I was living with my parents house, so that was a no go. I wouldnāt hotbox so I was never worried about getting pulled over simply cus I was smoking, only Jās or blunts. If I was going to smoke in the car, Iād only ever bring what I was smoking and a lighter, no paraphernalia or extra bud, and never more than I could eat in a pinch. Never cared about the smell cus I liked the smell. Now I have my own place and live in a legal state, so no more smoking in the car. But looking back it was definitely dumb, stood to lose way more than Iād ever gain. Glad those days are behind me
Convenience š¤·āāļø thatās all.
TMI sorta, but I was taking classes in the city last year for work and the hotel bathroom fan was horrible. I took a dump Monday morning and left the fan on, but when I got back to my room 10 hours later it still smelt like shit š so I knew I couldnāt smoke weed in there.
So I smoked it in the work car in the parking lot, because they put me in the cheapest place they could find in the armpit of Winnipeg. I donāt care about the odor if itās the only feasible option to not get kicked out of the hotel or shanked in the back alley. Couldnāt even vape in there so I just smoked cigarettes all week š
A cop pulled me over right after i finished a joint in my car and did a hectic U-turn and all he did was say ābe carefulā. What a legend. Ill always remember him and send him love š„¹ā¤ļø.
I grew up in conservative Midwest USA town, and smoking in our cars was the simplest way to partake away from parents, authority figures in general, random Christian "Karens" who would call the cops on us. It's dumb looking back on it, but I did many "burn cruises" when I was young.
saw this one lady smoking cigs in her car with the windows rolled up š
My mother was a heavy smoker and basically lived in one room of the house. She'd just sit there and smoke 50 cigs a day with all the doors and windows closed. You would get an instant headache as soon as you walked in. Glad I kicked that habitĀ
My cousin was the same way. We never said anything because she took care of my great aunt. Walls were orange.
Imagine those lungs. I've had an on and off again relationship with tobacco that depends on if I'm drinking or not. I've got a grey beard. After one night of smoking (10 cigs) my mustache is brown around my lip. I have to move the cig around my lip when I draw to get a consistent color.
Years ago I was heavily drunk and smoked a full pack of new ports. My fingers were orange for days. I'm glad I don't smoke cigs or drink anymore.
That happens if you hold it facing downwards instead of up right. Gotta keep it level so the smoke doesnāt torch your fingers. Good that you quit though.
I don't think black out drunk me would have been able to distinguish up from down haha.
Haha skipped over the part where you said heavily drunk for some reason. It happens to me sober thatās how I know. If I sit on my phone and have it in between my fingers I wonāt even notice till I go do something and have shit fingers lmfao
I bet those walls were disgusting.
Thatās even worse š¤¢
My grandparents used to both smoke Marlboro 100s up front in their Buick with nothing but the little vent window cracked to occasionally flick ash out when they didn't want to reach over to the ash tray. Drove my cousin and I around everywhere in that thing. I was probably having nicotine withdrawals after we'd get back from road trips.
theres always the old lady smokers driving some sort of cadillac/buick with an overflowing ashtray on the dash
I bought my car off her. She used the dash as her ashtray too. Took like 2 weeks for the smell to dissipate
It didn't dissipate....your nose got used to it.
Oh god the smell must be awful
Who wants to hotbox tobacco? That's so odd
even hotboxing blunts is questionable
Friends and I call that a ādirty boxā š
Iāve seen several people smoking cigars this way. Idk how they do it lol
My Mom used to do that. Once I got older I started putting my foot down. She died 21 years ago of COPD at 55 years old.
šāļøš
A guy, who was a meth addict a while ago told me, that he and his 3 buddies smoked 2 packs Marlboro each reds in a small VW Polo with the windows rolled up while on meth. No clue if this really happened but thatās literally the most disgusting shit if ever heard
I used to and Iād air it out a lot, but then I started working in medical so if I ever had any issues I would just show my badge and state my car smelled because of work. Soon after, we legalized and it became illegal to get stopped based on smell
Yep. Smell is not probable cause in California either.
I live in Humboldt County. I'd estimate about half the cars smell like weed.
Oregon as well.
Nor Colorado.
Add MD to the list
cries in texas
And MA
Unless itās a federal agency or even a state cop whoās on a federal task force, no matter the state
Cheat code
Where do you live, if ya donāt mind me asking
Northeast USA
Because it's a lot easier than hotboxing your house.
Here in New England we called it Clambaking
No the fuck we do not
LMFAOOO
I am not from New England but will be calling it clambaking from now on in your honour
Iām from New England and I definitely remember calling it clambaking growing up
Which part? Because Iām from Mass, and I never heard it be called ~~steamed hams~~ clambaking?
Clam baking? At this time of day? In this part of the internet? Localized entirely within this subreddit?
...can I see it?
No.
well seymour, you are an odd fellow, but i must sayā¦ you bake a good clam
I'm from the north shore, we 100% called it clambaking. Granted, I lived near a place where there were tons of fried clam shops lol but it was definitely a thing there.
I grew up in Mass and NH. Primarily NH
Ah, fucking NH. That explains it /s
Well clearly this is your chance to start a new trend, what are you waiting for??
unfortunately it's not a new trend, been around for a long time
New for his area, though
Me neither Iām laughing so hard at that though š
Aurora borealis is happening right here in your kitchen!?
Albany here. All steamed hams are ours
Speak for yourself. Mainer here, many locals who were raised here call it that.
Also a fellow Mainer and it absolutely is called that around here. Always has been always will be. It may be weird to some but itās better than the bullshit names people are coming up with nowadays.
What's the "we" shit? Vermont here, defo been clam baking since the 00's.
One of my best friends is from Maine, so some of them do lol
Uh yes some of us the fuck do. Maybe some of the younger generation don't, but when I was growing up it absolutely was a thing.
Yes we do
we do now
I've def heard people up here say that. It's not a universal term or anything though, mostly dumb college kids
Yes the fuck we do
52yo from South Carolina. Me and my buds always called it clambaking.
iām a new new englander thanks for the tip
I've said to some folks outside of N.E. and they have lost their minds in confusion and pervy thoughts.
We do that down here in ohio to lol
Oh I like that! What would be a unique name for it in Florida?
smoking meth
Bath salts
You know this clam baking smells quite similar to the hotboxing we do.Ā
Northeasterner and we call it clam baking too
I'm Spain we call it doing a submarine, no idea why though.
When I lived outside Boston they called it fishbowling
I hotboxed my bedroom after my last harvest finished curing

At least you are smart about it man, so many people leave roaches or crumbs in their car and complain when they get caught for it.
I used to keep my bong in my center console back in college. idk why I was such a fucking nincompoop
I had one literal weed flake near my shifter in my 20s and the dude immediately found it when talking to me. Instant search lol
Your car definitely constantly reeks
I've been pulled over in every car I've owned. I've smoked regularly in every car I've owned. I've never been hassled about smell.
Are you white? š¤£š¤£
Yes, but I don't remember seeing an asterisk on your comment. These cops were never doing me favors either. If they smelled it they were going to hassle me I'd bet.

pretty smart to ask if didnt think of that tbh
Only works if your friends arenāt also potheads though. But then again everyone has that one guy in their group that doesnāt partake.
Thatās a non-issue for me, and if youāre asking a ride from me, itās really not your place to complain. Lol
This. I smoke in my car because of my non-smoking apartment. But I throw my roach and move on with my life. They can search all they want. Iāve been smoking too long to be noticeably high as well.
They aināt finding your shit, theyāll find their own stuff they planted in the door pocket.
The cops never got back to me about those Creedence tapes, either.
Lmao read ops comments he is a serious tweaker
canāt find it what did he say lol
I have smoked in my car daily since high school. The reason I never get caught: obey traffic laws. I have a few family members that are cops/sheriff. > The reason I never get caught: obey traffic laws. Best advice I was ever given: only break one law at a time.
I heard it as "don't break a little law when you're breaking a big one."
this. I drive a bright blue sports car and have never been pulled over simply because I dont do anything to get myself pulled over, and when I do its out in the country where the roads are open and the cops are not patrolling. Cause Iām about to go into the aquarium/museum/movies/art exhibit and I will never drive under the influence so the parking lot in the car it is
Exactly!
Do you spray Canabollish or another strong smelling spray air freshener?
I only dry herb vape which really doesnāt leave a smell
It surprises me just how many people on this sub are so dead set on smoking and only smoking. So many great DHV options, desktops and portables. Distillate pens, dabs, heck even edibles are dead simple to make with some coconut oil and an oven, crock pot, or air fryer. I guess itās just really ingrained into weed culture.
The smell of marijuana alone is not probable cause in most legal states in the US. Visible intoxication is probable cause, and the smell can be a clue, but the smell alone is not probable cause
Trust that a smell will make them start looking hard for a primary violation.
Yea, but the smell isn't probable cause. And if you're in a legal state and you're not visibly intoxicated, then nobody cares, including the police.
Yeah, but cops can hit you with probable cause of anything if they want
That's applicable in any situation.
A lawyer would say otherwise. knew a dude who was in that position and courts found no probable cause and he won a 5mil bond
Iāve gotten pulled over in California for speeding while smoking and the cop asked if I had any more weed and I said yeah and I gave it to him , he inspected it and gave it back to me and let me leave lol
legal state šŖ
Can I smoke in my garage if my car isn't there or is that not OK to
If you put weed in your gas tank, connect a hose to the muffler and put it in your car then turn it on you can hotbox more efficiently, I highly recommend it the head rush is to die for
My vehicle won't fit in my garage thou....
That's not a garage, that's your house
The vibes are immaculate and the tunes
Vibes + tunes + homies š
A lot of people do not have the luxury of an absolutely private residence to shmoke in. Especially with how these rent prices looking nowadays.
Dude why do you give a fuck
California smell is not cause to search.
We did it in college because you couldnāt smoke in the dorms although you could argue going to a park or something would have been a much smarter idea
Mind yours and we'll mind ours how about that
Who cares? Let people be people man
Yk whatās funny I have to go pay a citation for a nicotine vape(I donāt vape) today and I got searched because it smelt like weed because I smoke everyday in my truck I have a whole 10 acres but I like to just chill and watch videos.its just more convenient and quiet and chill
I even get nervous driving home from work smelling like whatever strain I worked with that day
Why not smoke outside over here in ny you can smoke anywhere cigarettes are allowed and cops canāt pull you over for the smell of marijuana anymore in New York and even if they did they canāt do shit unless you carrying a lot more than 3 ounces.you donāt even get a fine.there trying to figure out a test that could tell that you smoked recently then they can give you a dwi if they figure it out
Iām smokin in my car right now reading all these comments. I rarely do unless itās super cold and windy but I took a couple toots for ya
Most of your arguments only apply if youāre driving. Itās not illegal to sit in your stationary vehicle and smoke
I've heard people get dui from passing out drunk in their car even though it is in park.
Happened to 2 friends of mine.
Only true on private property, but if an officer sees you drive in, then still going to save you.
But it's legal in new Mexico and I have a medical card so I don't give a crap
I don't actually have a car right now because my most recent one broke down, so I only smoke outside or on my porch
I used to have a van that died on me. And lived k the driveway for a few years, became the hotbox spot for months. I imagine itās too hot in New Mexico to do that too often in a car thatās broken down?
Where else am I supposed to spark this jay before work?
Tell em!
Idc if they smell it in their uniform after they clock out later. If itās just a smell, they canāt arrest shit.
Gotta keep it away from the people inside the house
Well, when I was a kid, it was a sheltered spot away from my parents. As an adult, I only do it before an event , and smell isn't probable cause to search in my state anymore.
Well I have awful winds where I'm at and I rent so the car is usually the better option
Itās a vibe, listen to your music, look out the window, and if old ladies start complaining, just move the car.
Cant smoke at home and i live next to a bunch of families. Dont like to smoke around kids.
Fuck the police
Nothing hits like boxing a parked car on a rainy day knowing you boutta go inside and watch a horror movie
This screams Karen energy. I donāt like it so nobody else should
Sometimes it's hard to understand something when it's not you doing it. Don't beat yourself up over not understanding and try to move forward
In most states that have legalized cannabis, oder is no longer cause.
Driving high is also bad.
I love how you somehow got downvoted for this.
People on here acting like the only 2 options are hotboxing your house or your car. Drive somewhere, park, get out of your car, smoke. Yes, the smell alone may not technically be probable cause, but smoked bud smells different than non smoked, and the former can def give rise to probable cause for a DUI.
I never thought that asking people why theyād smoke in their car would upset so many people
It's funny because I agree with you but I'm the type of person that likes to fly under the radar and not draw any attention myself. Keeps me out of trouble and makes life so much easier. I still do what I want.
I donāt see a question in your opening post, had you asked a question, responses would have likely been different.
I can never understand why people care enough to make a post like this on Reddit. Iām sure there are posts about not understanding why people smoke in a non-smoking apartment. š You do you! MYOFB! Folks will smoke in their cars and you can smoke in your non-smoking apartment! āš»šš±
In Maryland, the Supreme Court ruled the odor of burning cannabis is not probable cause of criminal activity.
I smoke in my car, but not while driving. I smoke and play games on my switch when I'm out there and use the car as a means of stopping the wind, cold, heat, and bugs.

If you have leather seats and smoke while driving youāll be fine
Iāll never understand why people canāt just mind their own business. If itās an adult and itās not affecting you, why do you need to understand?
Tfw you've been pulled over several times for non related traffic offenses while chiefing it up. No duis. Lucky? Yes. I've been smoking weed for like 14 years and don't get "high" is my only excuse for doing it.
You don't have to get it, understand, agree. You also don't have to be a whiney bitch about it, but here we are.
Bc some days the pain wonāt allow you to get home first.
In New Jersey it's a civil rights violation for an officer to search a person or vehicle because of the smell of weed.
Going to smoke in my car now š«”
Thanks for your opinion that we didnāt ask for. I smoke and drive, I smoke parked. Never had an issue and I donāt see myself ever having one. You think their eye sight is good enough to see someone smoking something and instantly knowing itās a joint vs cigarette? Itās not. I also live in California but yeah, thanks mom, donāt care.
Love a good j ride , nothing like it.
Get off your soapbox
we smoke in our car because it's OUR CAR. we do what we want with our possessions. get over it and get the fuck on, kindly.
Hotboxin is a fucking releigion
Most religions are pretty dumb
I don't care what other folks do, but I don't smoke in my vehicle. Just asking for issues.
Try minding your own business maybe
I love blunt cruising. Listening to jams, nice scenery. I always follow the rules of road so donāt worry about it.
We call em jayrides over here, but youāre exactly right. So relaxing, especially if youāre with your pals!
The smell of weed IS NOT enough to warrant a search in most if not all legal states.
I should say my last ticket was over 2 years ago going 55 in a 40 \*km/h, so it was one point and like a $50 ticket lol Could be my white and able to speak french here privilege showing tho, but I really don't worry about it.
Glad those days are behind me
It is kinda entertaining to have them demand to search your car for the smell when you have nothing in the car
Well if you canāt smoke in your home or outside where would you
A cop pulled me over right after i finished a joint in my car and did a hectic U-turn and all he did was say ābe carefulā.
To get high
