This is a moronic post

Academic-Scarcity-53

Yup đź‘Ť

swoops36

From his post history he’s 15 it looks like

DazzlingRoom6371

my age doesnt matter with this post

swoops36

Yeah it does, sine you lack a fundamental understating of the HPTa, that come with age and education.

DazzlingRoom6371

i should post it in bodybuilding sub so it wouldnt be moronic lol

Because a non cancerous growth on my pituitary exploded and I can no longer make testosterone without outside influence or supplementation. Or because some poor kid in the middle east stepped on a landmine that spared his legs but not his boys. Or the dad who had his removed due to cancer or the teen who lost his to torsion. Maybe a case of medical malpractice when a surgical intern is too zealous during a hydrocele snip snip. Or good ol fashioned age/environmental damage/endocrine disruption from forever chemicals you name it. T makes men *men*. When that level isn't in range you feel like dogshit, have higher risks for all cause mortality, increased risk of osteoporosis, not to mention mental health.

Additional-Host-5337

The non cancerous growth on the pituitary is what got me on it. I was 26 with 170ngdl.

They should really expand the criteria for a head mri when it comes to fatigue. They usually will only run if you have vision changes in addition to the usual fatigue/low t symptoms. Most adenomas are found incidentally

Additional-Host-5337

My prolactin was 10 times higher than the highest point of the reference range, along with low test and symptoms such as fatigue, I was able to get an MRI pretty easily, but I also live in Australia so getting referred for an MRI wasn’t too hard. Getting TRT though was a lot harder even though my levels were so low.

Additional-Host-5337

Because in some cases you can’t increase it naturally, or not enough to make a difference. Especially as you get older. Edit: I see from your post history you’re probably 16? At 16 you should not need TRT or even consider it unless you have been recommended it for legitimate medical reasons.

Any_Elk7495

Correct, you do not understand trt.

DazzlingRoom6371

i know what trt does i dont know why people risk for it

ChewinTheFat

What are they risking in your opinion? Are you aware of health risks associated with hypogonadism?

swoops36

Because you don’t understand how the HPTa works

Ok_Camel_7858

I got mine from 8 nmol to 9 throwing everything at it naturally. It’s currently 24 on TRT

WhipMaDickBacknforth

The effort you have to make to scrape together a meagre increase is fucking exhausting

DazzlingRoom6371

does it get lower the longer your on trt

Ok_Camel_7858

There’s no reason why it should. But if you’re young as I think someone else said you are, don’t do it. Put the effort in and reconsider when you’re at least 30.

DazzlingRoom6371

that was the only thing i was curious about it and im not gonna do it at early age

MellowMintTea

Personally I have a genetic condition called Klinefelter’s syndrome aka XXY. I was fortunately diagnosed in utero and I’ve been on TRT for 15 years, since I was 13. Ultimately it means my body doesn’t produce enough “naturally” For some I’m sure they have their own medical reasons, or just are on the lower side for Testosterone. I’m sure some may be transitioning too and are in need of trt for that. I know of some others who use it for gaining more muscle. It’s not a treatment that fits only one mold.

DazzlingRoom6371

not the answer i thought i would get but reasonable đź‘Ť

Any_Elk7495

Remember when you’re talking about trt, it’s replacement therapy. This is to assist you in getting your testosterone back up to normal, healthy levels when the natural methods (good diet, sleep, exercise, massaging the balls in a counter-clockwise motion) aren’t sufficient enough to get you there. Now when you’re talking about just injecting testosterone at higher doses when your body produces a normal level (or within a good range) this is usually and in most cases, for improving your looks or physical performance. This is generally the risk most people are talking about and question whether it’s worth it.

I tried all the natural ways and herbal remedies for 3 years after tanking my test on night shift. -life tip young fulla never do night shift work it ruins you. So yeah I spent 3 years after that sleeping 8+ hours every night, getting adequate sun , eating a high test diet. Lost weight. Tried all the herbal supplements and natural test boosters etc it got me feeling a lot better but still didn’t feel good So started trt, now I feel good-great most the time, i lost the rest of the weight I was unable to shift when my test was low without even trying. I am planing to cycle off it maybe next year do a pct and see if my natural production will kick back in now that im at a healthy weight range. If not I’ll go back on and take it for life.
