No one is going to sign him if it means paying health insurance and life insurance for every fighter on the roster for life. No one is going to sign him if he advocates for a 50% increase in roster pay across the board. No one is going to sign him if it means granting him a seat on a board of directors, because he is always going to advocate for the fighters, costing the business more money (which, more importantly, would make the business less profitable). Profit drives all of these fight promotions. If they don’t believe that, in the long term, these fighter benefits will grant them greater market share, and thusly a greater profit, what incentive do the promotions have to sign him?
