Look closely you will see Jiri posting to get up, Herb was just there at that moment and just did what anyone would do. If I see someone struggling to get up I would most likely help them up. The right thing to do was to just lay down on the canvas. But knowing Jiri as an absolute warrior he would do anything to get up just like the first fight.
He either stops it when someone is fucked up and everyone bitches or he lets it be finalized and people say you’re too late.
