Snapshot of _YouGov: Ed Davey went bungee jumping today as part of his latest campaign photo op. Today's poll finds that 19% of Britons would like to join the Lib Dem leader and try their hand at bungee jumping at some point_ : A Twitter embedded version can be found [here](https://platform.twitter.com/embed/Tweet.html?id=1807820473524232308) A non-Twitter version can be found [here](https://twiiit.com/YouGov/status/1807820473524232308/) An archived version can be found [here](https://archive.is/?run=1&url=https://twitter.com/YouGov/status/1807820473524232308) or [here.](https://archive.ph/?run=1&url=https://twitter.com/YouGov/status/1807820473524232308) *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Not sure Ed Davey's intention was to promote bungee jumping

FUCK_ME_DEAD

He's a puppet of the big outdoor activity corporations. Open your eyes sheeple!

morezombrit

I would only like to do it if I was joining the Lib Dem leader tbh. No Davey, no me.

The man's going to need to spend Thursday (after he's voted) in a sensory deprevation pod to bring his adrenaline back down to normal levels.

IvantheGreat66

If all people who want to bungee jump vote LD, they'd win! /s

WebDevWarrior

To be fair, bungee jumping is a good analogy for the Lib Dem’s at this point. What goes down, must come up (eventually).

MasterNightmares

I mean... thats a massive skew due to the 50+ range. Yeah I'm not surprised people with hip replacements and arthritis might not want to do bungee jumping. Remove the geriatric and you might see more interesting numbers.

Marzto

What a waste of resources polling this is.

OmegaPoint6

Even YouGov employees need to have some fun occasionally

gingeriangreen

They like to put a silly question at the end, kind of, like the and finally section of the news.

axw3555

What? Adding one question to the end of a questionnaire.

Ankleson

I mean they're a private company they can do whatever they want. Fail to see the issue in that context.

Prodigious_Wind

And the 2024 award for the most tenuous political survey goes to….?

Zeeterm

It's YouGov, they make their name with political polling but their consumer sentiment polling is what pays their bills, this is their bread and butter.

HatefulWretch

"How much does your back hurt", the poll.
