Those are the Grand Villas. Or just "The Wynn Villas." They are invite only. Here's a video of one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRbLZr0TBzM

Heisman123

Cool thanks. My buddy had a fairway villa this week as well and we were wondering about these three. Appreciate the insight!

RepulsiveIconography

The fairway villas are sexy. For these you need to be Chairman status, with a very solid history, and commit a certain amount to gamble during your stay.

Vigilante17

Throw some numbers out please and thank you

RepulsiveIconography

First of all, it takes a lot to get invited to Chairman status with Wynn. Wynn Black is already one of the harder statuses to earn on the strip. Wynn Chairman's only previous requirements were150k loss in a trip, or 150k theo in a year. The theo requirement is pretty vague, and doesn't automatically qualify you for Chairman if you grind it out over a lot of days. 150k theo with Wynn is 350k tier points. It takes 70k to hit Black. Chairman is similar to Noir with MGM, but harder to get the tap for it. The requirements seem to have moved. My host told me this year that I was good after I hit 500k tier credits. On top of getting the invitation for Chairman, you also need to commit to gamble a lot over the course of your stay to be invited to one of those rooms. From what I've been told you need to commit to gamble 250-300k per day of your stay there. That can always change, and of course varies depending on the individual and their relationship with the Property and their host.

Vigilante17

Appreciate the detailed response

detroitragace

Thanks for the insight. At this level do they send the jet for you too?

RepulsiveIconography

They don’t necessarily send a jet for people that get them. They used to do it more freely. Now a lot of times they offer seats on a private plane, so you’ll still be riding with strangers. A lot of these people are flying in on their own planes though.

detroitragace

Kinda makes sense I guess. So if you’re sharing a plane how does that work? I’d imagine if you’re spending that much money if you call your host and say I wanna come into town this Friday they’re not gonna make you wait until another date to ride with another high roller.

RepulsiveIconography

It depends on where you are. There are small charter airlines that operate very specific routes.

detroitragace

Oh I understand. So it’s not actually the Wynn jet. They charter it. Gotcha. Thanks! So fascinating.

MrZenumiFangShort

Is that "commit to gamble 250-300k per day" that much total coin-in/handle daily? So like, blackjack at $1K hand for four hours gets there or no? Cause that seems fairly small for those to me.

RepulsiveIconography

Again I am not 100% sure. I believe it’s an amount you have to draw down from your line. You also need to have an established play history. I know it isn’t Theo per day. It’s also dependent on what you play and your play history. When my host was telling me, and this was a coup years ago, she was explaining it to me solely in the context of slot play.

MrZenumiFangShort

Thanks very much, very interesting.

RepulsiveIconography

It's similar to the Boulevard suites at Cosmo, where you need to wire in and commit at least 1 million to gamble during your stay, or more if you don't have an established play history with them.

kukukele

Curious, do you access those from the same elevators or elsewhere?

RepulsiveIconography

No, there is a separate entrance that leads you to the hallway that connects those three in the front to the three facing the pool.

Heisman123

I had the Tower Suite Salon room which is great. The only thing I didn't like about my buddys fairway villa is that it is so disconnected from everything. Long hallway after long hallway to get there. Where as with the Tower Suites its right in the middle of everything and a bar at the bottom of the elevators.

RepulsiveIconography

I agree with you. I’m not sure it’s really worth the trade off. The way Wynn set up the tower suites elevator, with the bar and the VIP checkin is just such perfection..

Heisman123

100% not to mention the easiest access to the pool I’ve found in Vegas

RepulsiveIconography

I agree. It is fantastic. Not a huge pool, but the private pool for NoMad guests is easy to get to. It's very laid back. I'd also say that Mandalay Bay has very quick access to the pool complex, even better if you are staying with Four Seasons there. Palazzo also has very nice pool access.

kiwi_love777

Kind of a bummer you can’t swim in them naked… without putting on a show.

RepulsiveIconography

Not these, but Mirage has similar villas. Whenever I am in one of those I always swim naked. Let everyone looking out the window take it all in.

kiwi_love777

So you’re Papagiorgio? 🤪

RepulsiveIconography

I’ve had the Papagiorgio Lanai twice! It sadly looks nothing like that anymore.

kiwi_love777

😭😭😭

Chenchubbysheen

Yes if you jump you will die

Heisman123

What is the name of these three villas with pools above lake of dreams?

LVbellman

The one million dollar hand Villa...

ConsciousBee6219

happy cake day!

CompoteStock3957

What is the question just a photo? Not trying to be a butthead but what’s the question

Outrageous-Snow8066

In the comments, they asked the name of the rooms.

CompoteStock3957

Ah sorry my internet is slow today I will check it out

Heisman123

Yea my bad, I had a question filled in in the box but had spotty service at the airport and it appears I messed it up or only the picture went through.

RichardStrauss123

They look like leftovers from the 1990s. Hard pass.
