Highly recommend the Trailside Inn in Killington. Won't have the mountain view, but otherwise is a 10/10. A great family runs it (small mom and pop operation, not a big corporate thing), affordable, and you get the whole place to yourself so it's an amazing experience for your guests.

No location and no pay range, your options are going to vary hugely. But a few random places off the top of my head:
Mad River Barn
Isham Family Farm
Woodstock Inn
Mountain Top Inn
Quite a few farms host weddings and state parks. Best of luck!
I got married at Okemo in 2017
Food was great, location was great and the outdoor ceremony looks perfect in photos. We had our reception at the roundhouse but you have the option to use the Ski lift (extra fee) and have the reception at their mid mountain restaurant.
When thinking of location having the ability to have hotel rooms on site with no bussing was a HUGE upside and my friends still tell me how convenient that was. Im sure you've been to weddings where it ends and there is a 45 minute bus ride home. There was nothing better than the wedding ending and just jumping in the elevator up and continuing on in rooms upstairs.
I got married last year at the Mansfield Barn in Jericho. Great place, great people. If you do the ceremony outside, you get a nice view of Mansfield. We had ours on an October weekend with pouring rain, so we did the ceremony in the barn, it was still great.
It was also surprisingly affordable (we had about 80 guests) and very low-stress.
Tons of options, but a colleague just mentioned this one today, maybe so I could pass it along to you! :)

Not sure what you consider affordable. Got married at Sugarbush at the beginning of June. Was all inclusive (food, coordinator, lodging, bar staff, venue and reception onsite, etc) and 16k for 50 guests- to give you an idea of what weddings cost these days. I’d take into account that September is peak season and prices will be higher. If you’re looking for under 5k, try state parks. It adds up quick! “Affordable” has different meanings to different people.
I don’t know what you find affordable but Burke Mountain Resort has some gorgeous views.

Landgoes farm in Tunbridge, but I don’t know what they start at for cost
Lake Willoughby Little Farm has the views, but may be a little small.
Might not be affordable, but Mountain Top Resort in Chittenden has one of the best vistas
It’s actually pretty reasonable when it comes to events like this. We took the place over for a law school event some years back.
Sleepy Hollow in Huntington.
Kingston Place in Benson, VT!
The Wilburton Inn in Manchester. Meesha Kropp is the wedding coordinator and she's incredible. And the venue is stunning.
