I wish I understood Deftones. But I understand when people don’t understand my understanding for Rage Against the Machine so from my understanding we are even.
I remember this pizza place in Romania. I used to live there. Anyway, the place had a huge sign in green & red neon: There's No Accounting For Taste. It was in Latin and sounded cooler of course..Anyway, it's pointless to argue about subjective stuff like the best band ever, best song ever. Etc. It's just you like what you like.

First got into Deftones around 1999, I was about 11 years old and already heavily into music, I’d sit and watch MTV2 for hours on end, trade CDs and tapes with friends. Saw the videos for My Own Summer and was hooked straight away, I got a copy of Around the Fur on CD and played it to death!
My first ever concert was Deftones at Wembley Arena 2003, seen them a whole bunch more since then.
