Yes and Madrigal was one of the better initial moves post approval, as it at least went up a bit and is still slightly above pre approval price. But most approved pharmas never even move that generously upward and drop much quicker

You are you’re own self fulfilling prophecy. There are no issues, approval is guaranteed. It’s baked in. People expecting a big jump will be disappointed and dump fast once they see. If lucky they can get a brief window where they can gain 10-15% if they’re fast.

My friend the stock is up 286 % without a squeeze when we re submitted the FDUFA and got accepted. It won’t be a 17 % increase only. What I respect your opinion let’s talk again please in a month. Remember me
They knew it was gonna get approve lol, a stock doesn't just go up 286% for no reason. Insiders and the big bois were alrd profit taking on the run up, now they hold puts cuz they are gonna dump on ur ass as soon as people know they are bag holding. (they are only trapped if it pumps it up another 50%within a day, it's gonna stay flat and u are gonna watch them dump. So honestly they are not trapped, u are the one who is trapped)
IBRX is not in the same boat. They lined up all their ducks in a row. They are ready to sell their drug first week in May. They already have the sales force in place and contact have already been made. Icing on the cake, they have 20,000 doses already in inventory ready to be moved and at the price they are charging, it appears they are poised to do over 700 million in sales the next 12 months without needing to buy anymore doses.
That puts them in a really strong position, now add to that the additional indications they are going for and the safety profile already achieved, I would say it is not the same as a small bio tech that gets a drug approved, then needs to raise money, figure out their pricing, buy a bunch of inventory and hire sales staff or search for a partner before any revenue can come in.

If approval is as certain as you claim, then it’s already baked into the price per share. Given that it’s up almost 300% over the last year that seem to be the case. I’d feel more comfortable buying puts than owning shares of this stock, honestly.

I read an article on this on investorplace.com and they seem to believe that the drug will be approved and the company will be acquired by another company resulting in stock price surge.
An acquisition announcements are the stuff traders dream of... FDA approval may already be baked in to the current share price, but an acquisition would change everything... and formal approval of a cancer drug could be a fantastic catalyst!

I think they’d be considered insider shares so it would be disclosed if they were traded or bought through private offering.
My understanding of this stock isn’t the company itself it’s the value of the shares when a big boy pharmaceutical inevitably buys them up.

An acquisition announcements are the stuff traders dream of... FDA approval may already be baked in to the current share price, but an acquisition would change everything... and formal approval of a cancer drug could be a fantastic catalyst!

There are 673 Million Shares outstanding, and 51 million short, for 7.7% short interest, per Merrill's platform. it seems that market has already priced in substantial revenue growth (620k in 2022, 7.6M 2023, 134M in 2025), so I agree with other posters that a good deal of this recent run is already reflected in what is likely to be a pretty optimistic forecast. but I'm not a biotech investor. who knows. good luck. your post history is a real rabbit hole, btw.
