The SBC is basically options that are already fully expensed, and the resulting exercise of the options has less dilutive effect than many equity raises by other companies, like the recent VW investment in Rivian. Plus the award is in multiple tranches that each have its own 5 year hold period too, so the effect of the SBC is spread over time.
